Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Our Site aims to provide goods and services to hotel guests. The use of our website and our e-shop requires the unconditional acceptance of the following terms without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, then he / she must abstain from using the Online Store and from each transaction with it, otherwise it may be inferred that it has accepted all its operating conditions. The hotel reserves the right to modify or revise freely the terms and conditions of transactions from its Online Store whenever it deems it necessary and undertakes to inform consumers of any change through the pages of this Web Site.

Reservation / Payment Procedure

Booking can be made by phone or through the online booking system of our website. During the on-line booking process you are given the option of choosing the amount to be paid for the booking commitment. The options given are the payment of the total amount of the reservation or the payment in advance of 30% (deposit) on the total amount of the reservation.
After completing the online booking process, you will be given a link depending on the payment method you had selected (credit / debit / paypal payment) to pay for the amount you had selected. In the case of a bank account deposit payment method, you will be given the bank account details where you will have to deposit.
Finally, upon completion of the online reservation process, you will receive by email an automatic confirmation of the reservation of your booking. Please check the correctness of the booking confirmation details (name, surname, date of arrival, departure date etc) IMMEDIATELY and inform as if you find any mistake.
For a valid confirmation / commitment of your booking, in case you have chosen credit / debit card or paypal as a payment method, the payment of the total amount of the reservation or the payment in advance of 30% (deposit) on the total amount, must be held within 30 minutes of the time you made your online reservation. Otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled.
In the case of a bank transfer payment method, you will need to send us the receipt of your deposit within 24 hours on our email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Caution! On-line booking can only be made for Villas/Studios with distinctive titles: "Villa A1", "Villa B1", "Villa B3", "Villa B5", "Studio A3", "Studio B2", "Studio B4". 
The "Test Room" is used exclusively for the purpose of upgrading the room reservation process on the site.
Any booking in this room is not considered valid.
In case a reservation is made in the specific room and the corresponding amount is paid, the company "Villa Saravari" is not obliged to return the paid amount.

Payment methods

The accepted methods of payment in our online reservation system are the following:

1. Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover) 
You pay with your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover). Your transaction will be done through the "Alpha e-Commerce" payment platform of Alpha Bank, which means that www.villa-saravari.gr does not hold your card data. All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

2. Through PayPal 
You pay with a debit or credit card via PayPal, whether you have an account or directly giving your card details. Your transaction will be done through the redirection method, which means that www.villa-saravari.gr does not hold your card or account data.

3. Deposit in Bank Account 
The amount of the payment in advance (or the total amount of your reservation) is paid by depositing or transferring money to one of our following bank accounts (in a bank or through e-banking):

In the bank's deposit, you must state your name and your booking number. In case of money transfer between accounts held in a different bank, the remittance costs are borne solely by the Customer.

Children's Policy

Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge. Children over 2 years old are charged as adults.

Pets Policy

Our hotel accepts pets.

Cancellation Policy

The guaranteed reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 20 days before the date of arrival. For cancellations during the period of the 20 days prior the arrival date, an amount equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case the customer does not arrive, the entire amount paid will be charged.
